I'm there for people who are in trouble and really want to do something about it. Adults, people with mental and emotional problems. I especially support people who are already working with Live The Connection.

I offer short, acute help for problems that you know are caused by stress; I don't do long stretches, for that I refer to one of the other Live The Connection coaches.

About Marina...

Marina Riemslagh (PhD) is a coach, trainer, supervisor and founder of Live The Connection. She has spent the past twenty-five years counseling, researching, teaching and practicing around stress and stress behavior. She researched its influence on our behavior, well-being, relationships and health. From her many trainings and her private practice, she developed Live The Connection and The ABC of de-stressing, to de-stress in an independent, healthy, effective, quick and easy way.

The book 'De-stressing yourself in less than five minutes' wrote them to give readers insight into the underlying mechanisms of stress and as a tool to address it. The method is based on neurobiology, psychology and contemporary brain research, which adds to its power, speed and efficiency.
