If you would like to resolve the stress in your life and build more resilience, you can come to me.
The most commonly known cause of stress is work pressure, tension and challenging situations.
But earlier loss of control is also a cause of stress. If you are triggered by this now, you get tension in your body, stress reactions (fight, flight, freeze) and hostility. Your behavior is then driven by unconscious impulses and not by your awareness. If your bodily stress response often strikes, it can lead to health problems.
Stress additionally lingers because of what you think and expect, e.g. negative beliefs, bad habits, tension in your relationships that you expect (again), focus on the negative, ...
During my counseling we discover together how stress shows up in your life, where it comes from and how to resolve it. For this I use Live The Connection and heart coherence exercises. This is how I help you focus your automatic impulses on happiness and what you want to achieve.

About myself...
I have been concerned with the meaning of our existence since childhood. My thoughts on this have long given me a lot of tension and stress, resulting in pronounced stress reactions. This eventually brought me to Live The Connection where I discovered what stress does, in what many other areas stress plays in my life, and most importantly HOW I clear the stress.
Because the Live The Connection method fascinates me so much, and because I love to do something for others with it, I follow(d):
