As a coach, I support you in a search for yourself, to your true core. I initiate a process but as a client you come up with the solutions yourself. Being stuck in the same thinking pattern sometimes keeps us mulling and spinning in circles.

From a different perspective, you gain a broader view of your own world and your possibilities.

In this, as a coach, I am your sounding board, your mirror and we come to the discovery of your deepest desire. Eventually, you yourself come up with solutions that were not visible before.

Together we work on the beliefs that limit you and we clarify relationships. We transform what is holding you back from being in your power.

About myself...

My name is Katrien Bontinck and I grew up in Aalst. I am an articulate and sociable person, which makes me like having people around me.

During my life, I have developed a giant hunger for inner and personal growth. What a person experiences is less important than what he does with it. My lived experiences and how I learned to deal with them are the ultimate added value in my way of guiding and coaching!
