If you want to discover that you are more than your traumas or your external success, you are welcome. 

(Re)finding your own unique place and direction in your life and learning to trust that deep part inside yourself that knows the way, is what I love to support you with.

It is a unique process for each person with different emphases.

If you have suffered much shipwreck, it is first important to honor your inner strength that brought you to here. If your pain consists of a gnawing sense of emptiness and questions about who you are (despite a relatively relaxed life), then it is important to dig for your deepest desires beyond outer recognition or success.

My specialty is...

I have worked as an independent trauma specialist in a special SGGZ institution since 2013 where experiential work forms and talk therapy were offered hand in hand. I discovered that trauma work is not enough to live a happy life. In addition to relieving ballast, it takes focus to explore what you want deep inside. I know the whole trauma landscape well. That can be helpful if you've been through a lot.

However, my specialty is to To remember that you are more than that. and help you stay on course on what you want: Looking in your rearview mirror where necessary and also turning on your GPS to what you desire deep inside.

About myself...

I was born one of twins in a migrant family in The Hague, Netherlands. My parents grew up in Curaçao, my ancestors lived for several generations in Madeira and before that probably in Portugal. They traveled the world in search of a destination to fulfill their dreams. Their search brought trauma (slavery, being displaced, racism, discrimination, violence), but also an enormous resilience and drive to live.
I feel that power within me: an indestructible desire to live. And although the transmitted multi-generational traumas strongly defined me in the beginning of my life, now after many years of work, I feel the gratitude, adventure and richness of my life.
It is my heart's desire to leave behind a world where the next generations are born in love and security. To that I gladly contribute and my life is oe dedicated.
