I work with children, adolescents and adults.

You have stress, or you feel insecure and you are not feeling well. You experience a restlessness or feel sad without really knowing why. Have you lost connection with yourself and your environment? Are you struggling with depression or burnout?

Discovering who you really are and what you really want to do in your life and then grow towards it step by step. Living life to the fullest and enjoying your life to the fullest, in connection with yourself and your environment! About myself...

Most of my life I felt insecure, afraid and restless. Despite all the beautiful things I have experienced in my life, I did not succeed in being truly happy. My attention remained focused on difficulties I encountered. This made me suffer from several severe depressions.

Yet there is also a strength within me that propels me not to sit by. Because of this I went on a journey of discovery. I came into contact with many things and met many wonderful, inspiring people. Many things have helped me and are still helping me.

In September 2018, I came across Live The Connection on my journey. Live The Connection has truly changed my life. My self-development has grown by leaps and bounds since then, and I am different in life. The biggest change for me is that I have no longer had depression.

The challenges I now face are no longer insurmountable obstacles, they are opportunities for growth that I am working on with the wonderful tools of Live The Connection.

During a Live The Connection workshop, the training of certified Live The Connection coach was presented. I decided to take this training, not knowing exactly what I wanted to do with it. It gradually became clear to me that I wanted to coach people individually. I now work as a self-employed Live The Connection coach and combine this work with a job as a teacher.
