Attachment & Relationships – Online Course – 1 month

By now, just about all experts are convinced that stress is a crucial cause of almost all our complaints: illness, disease, mental and social problems. In America, large-scale research has been done on this: the ACE study. It also appears that the difficult things you experience in your adult life are often pre-programmed in the first two phases of your life: before birth and during childhood. Did you not get in your childhood what is important to develop fully? Then in this Master Class you will learn what it takes to restore this. Because you can! This Master Class provides an in-depth, comprehensive and unique view of the origins of childhood trauma. It is conveniently divided into stages and includes:

• In-depth reflection questions
• Practical tools for self-examination

Most importantly, you also discover what and THAT you yourself can do something about the burden you carry with you.

Life-changing eye-opener about how your brain works

I notice that a lot of people who they are identify with their stress behaviors, with what they do in stress. Instead of saying "in stress I act irritable, am in a hurry and have no space," I hear "I am an irritable person, never have time or space. You pretending to be your stress behavior, while only so does Because your brain is in stress. In doing so, you undermine yourself, and that's not okay because that doesn't make things better. You then berate yourself: 'how can you be so stupid, inattentive, absent-minded, ...'. Or you give others a hard time. Because they know it's not you, that you only act that way when you're bothered.   So you are okay but in stress you do not act okay because then your brain is not working properly.
