By de-stressing a lot, I have become more perceptive. This is the basis for further change.
There is much more to it than I thought. This is something that stays and I have tools now.
This is something that makes the days go easier. I am very happy, but can become even happier.
I learned about myself. I learned about picking up on signals. I learned even more about the debilitating impact of stress.
