About myself...

In 2008, I graduated from the conservatory as a singer. No matter how hard I tried to care for and train my voice, it often let me down. I attended trainings, sessions, coaching throughout Europe hoping to find an answer to the question: How can I be without pain?

The answer came only 10 years later, after taking an energetic coaching course. It wasn't my physical body that was failing me, nor was the solution in practicing better and more physically. The key lay in developing my energetic field and presence so that I could literally carry, direct and support my body.

Meanwhile, I was also working as a high school teacher, where I began to apply the tools I had learned in my classes. Soon I came to realize that getting results in the first place has little to do with how hard one practices, trains or learns. When you are energetically, emotionally, psychologically out of balance, learning becomes more difficult and any exercise or training is actually not built on your inner strength but on a survival mechanism. I saw that most of my clients, students were so strong that they often went far, but kept running into a glass ceiling.

In 2016, I made the decision to get out of teaching and become an International Trainer and Coach with Access International. For 8 years, I provided training worldwide on topics including:

• Creating your life from Consciousness
• Energetic bodywork
• Taking your place and voice in your life
• Conscious Leader and entrepreneurship
• Capacities behind labels (ADHD, Autism, ADD, High Sensitivity, ...)

Since 2024, I am back in education as a TOAH (Temporary Education At Home) teacher and am an independent coach and trainer both live in Belgium and online.
