What can I help you with?
With great enthusiasm I guide people with the most diverse problems in their search for what can improve their quality of life so that they can enjoy life to the fullest again. Whether people get stuck in their relationship, their job or life in general, I love to get them moving again and I get really happy when I can put them back in their power and make them believe in themselves again.
Both children (10 years and older), adolescents and adults can come to me.
I offer individual psychotherapy, couples therapy as well as career counseling, and all of this can be done in- or outdoors. Online psychotherapy is also a possibility.

About myself...
In 1993, I graduated with a master's degree in clinical psychology. Throughout my career, I have continued my education in order to better guide my clients. In 2022 I was introduced to the 'live the connection method', for which I am still grateful, because it allows me to work through processes directly with the subconscious.
