About this coach
Johan Haagsma
What can I help you with?

First, you work on basic beliefs and remove stress from important relationships. I also teach you how to help yourself with "The ABCs of de-stressing. I also call this 'EMDR in your pocket'. By doing so, you will create a solid foundation in a few sessions on which you can immediately start building on your own.
After the foundation is laid, I will work with you in a goal-oriented way. I do this on a customized basis. I guide you in the deeper de-stressing and transformation of subconscious beliefs and blockages. Per session we discuss the progress.
Whatever your issue, I am happy to help:
--> psychological and physical complaints: Mental-emotional pressures, subconscious blocks and lifestyle changes.
--> developing your identity: The relationship with yourself, confidence and self-esteem, your limits and self-limitation.
--> personal and professional achievements: Sports and work performance, goal orientation, communication and productivity.
--> meaning (spirituality): Your connection to the whole, your mission or purpose in this life, your unique contribution to the world.
--> social well-being: Taking your own place (in the family), attracting healthy relationships and belonging completely.
--> trauma processing: Address trauma-related programming in your brain, enabling relaxation and changing the course of your life.
My specialty is...

--> Although sessions can be emotionally-mentally intense, I keep it lighthearted and give you bearing.
About myself...
In the year 2016, I reached a breaking point. I felt dead unhappy with myself, in my job and in almost all of my relationships.
It became a search for improvement in mainstream care, in spirituality and in doing various workshops. Until I stumbled upon the book "The Biology of Belief" by Bruce Lipton. I discovered that daily we consciously influence only 5% of our lives, while the rest takes place automatically. This 'autopilot' is mainly formed in our early childhood, childhood and early adulthood.
This discovery helped me put many puzzle pieces in place. As a baby, my twin brother died and I became seriously ill. Later, I had epilepsy, was bullied, and had learning difficulties.
I had accumulated a series of traumas and trauma-related reactions. As a result, I suffered from stress symptoms such as over-stimulation, addictions, stage fright, bore-out and a negative self-image.
In short, I found my way back through subconscious and body energies address and address myself to reprogram.
Understanding myself, getting to know myself better and changing for the better has really become a passion of mine. Also to Guide others in this.
