In a basic we will first calibrate the foundation of your life on love so that you are firm and grounded in life. Then we will cleanse the most important relationship in your life, the relationship with yourself. Along the way, you will also be given powerful de-stressing tools with which you can de-stress or unblock yourself 'on the spot' at any time.

In a possible follow-up together we address those specific areas or aspects of your life where you are out of connection.

This is how I like to guide you on your path to more resilience and balance:

• at yourself: trusting your-self, coming into your full potential, ...
• at relationships: resolving negative charges in stressful relationships
• professional: being successful in who you are and what you do
• in your mission un-discover and start living it fully
• in terms of health: health complaints are often a "message" from our subconscious that something is out of balance. By addressing this imbalance at the subconscious level, we create health, physically, mentally and emotionally
• when processing trauma: by addressing the origin of trauma you step out of the vicious trauma loop.
