About this coach
Annick Bontemps
What can I help you with?
I guide clients to reconnect with who they really are.
Often we are driven by parts in ourselves that are burdened with beliefs, emotions, memories and blockages from our past. They come to the fore when we are triggered by situations here and now that are perceived as stressful.
Their goal is to keep us safe, but in practice they often provide negative patterns in our lives: e.g., brooding a lot (but not getting going), being lived by to-do lists, always trying your best for 300%, arguing a lot, or just not connecting, getting very tired at crucial moments, extreme insecurity, snacking too much, gaming, social media, .....
By repeating the same painful habits over and over again - like a broken record always plays the same song - they sabotage your goals and dreams. You don't really want it but it happens anyway.
Through live The Connection, you can uncover and resolve these underlying, often unconscious blockages so that you experience the peace and security to live your own life.
Target audience...
I target anyone struggling with self-love and self-worth and negative patterns (as described above)
More specifically, I also focus on (young) adults with learning and developmental disabilities, such as dyslexia, AD(H)D , giftedness and ASD. (see www.breindiversiteit.be)
My specialty is...
I believe in the power of dialogue, namely the dialogue between you and me, between your subconscious and conscious being. Through this, old hurts can be healed and self-love can flow back.
When your inner world changes, automatically your outer world changes as well.
About myself...
I am Annick Bontemps. I would describe myself as enthusiastic, sometimes a bit chaotic, extroverted, driven and eager to learn. I love humor and I have an open mind and heart.
The older I get, the more I know and accept myself. In embracing my imperfections and vulnerabilities, I feel a strong connection to nature. As I admire nature in all its manifestations, so I look at myself. I don't have to live up to a standard.
The moment I could see and appreciate my little sides, I felt more freedom. The freedom to be and show myself, undertake and coach ... This is the feeling I would like to convey.
