You have everything in you to live the life you want and yet you still often get stuck. Some methods and techniques can work well if your brain is connected and functioning optimally. If your brain is in stress, such as because you get triggered, you can barely apply what you have learned before. This is because with a brain in stress, you fall back on subconscious survival mechanisms. In that moment, you cannot creatively apply your wisdom and skill, and your full potential is not available. As a result, what you have already learned works much less effectively and you have to do it on willpower. It can also happen naturally, namely with a connected brain!
