The essence of this workshop

Learn more about the content

Interactions always have a content aspect: that which we say with words, and a process aspect: the way we convey the something without words.

If both are "true," then communication feels congruent, then it is "right. Generally, congruence is virtuous for all interlocutors: it connects us to each other.

During this Theme Workshop, you will learn the skills to communicate congruently and we will install them in your subconscious automatisms.

You will learn to take the stress out of your verbal and nonverbal communication. We zoom in on the different moments in communication and take out the misunderstandings.

You'll also learn how the self-sabotage and self-protection mechanism works and how to eliminate it altogether. This is a great tool!

Furthermore, you will be introduced to different communication models and learn how to use the insights from these models to fine-tune your communication.
