- Negative thoughts, troublesome mindset? Reprogramming your beliefs
- If your subconscious doesn't "understand" what you want, it can't create it. We'll fix that!

- A difficult day is made up of bad habits
- An unpleasant habit creates conflict in your brain: you do what you don't want and don't feel comfortable doing
- Working out your inner conflict on another: bad habits create annoyance in your environment
- Changing bad habits and creating new pathways in your brain: conditioning yourself for pleasurable behavior

- Gaining insight into subconscious relationship dynamics
- Discharge the accumulated tension and pain in a relationship, giving you both a chance to be yourself and appreciate the other person
- Lifting the stress in your brain and in your body: a practical exercise where you de-stress yourself quickly and deeply
