I highly recommend Live the Connection to anyone who ever gets stressed out! You can then (in the evening) get to the core of your stress from that day. You can go back to the situation and get your whole brain involved. And in that calmness, the solution reveals itself. You then actively involve your subconscious in making the new behavior your own. Your automatisms are changed and the next time you will do better. Keep paying attention and making adjustments ... and so a new habit develops. Which is also more pleasant for your environment. You save energy and health, success and happiness come your way!
