Thanks Marina, your message is contagious by the way you bring it and for me also the scientific of it.
I am doing plenty of inner engeneering with Sadhguru, but without your very practical tools with which to get started on my own, I wouldn't be halfway there now.

I have only taken the core module so far, but am definitely going to take the others. With what I learned there I have been able to help myself and already a handful of people. So 1000x thanks from the bottom of my heart.
