The ground of LTC: the subconscious mind

In this blog, I talk about the basics of Live The Connection and Pathway Breakthrough. To properly understand this blog, it is good to know what these 2 terms mean and how they relate to each other.

Some explanation

Live The Connection is a method in which you use "connection processes. These are elaborate 5-step plans that allow you to work directly in the subconscious, clearing stress and reprogramming yourself.

 

Trajectory Breakthrough is an 11-month program in which you learn to apply all the processes of Live The Connection independently. During this 11-month period, you will work extensively on clearing the accumulated stress in your system.

 

You will do this by attending workshops, attending weekly practice mornings or evenings and attending Online meetings.

But what exactly is LTC?

You may have already read about Live The Connection, but I can well imagine that it is not yet entirely clear what Live The Connection actually is.

 

It is also not so simple to explain, because LTC is a method that works in a way that is not really common in counseling or self-help methods.

LTC's soil

I'd like to explain to you exactly what Live The Connection is all about and so I'll start at the root of it: changing the subconscious. The subconscious is the ground of our existence and the most troublesome thing about this is that we are not aware of it.

 

We can hardly estimate how big an influence our subconscious has on our daily actions. That's probably why it's called that: it's "underneath" our conscious thinking and feeling....

 

The first 7 years of our lives we are in a fully receptive state. This is necessary to absorb everything in order to function in our society. Our brain is in a state of "theta. This is also the frequency in which we dream when we sleep. In this, really everything is possible.

 

This is why, as children, we can become completely absorbed in our imaginary world. It is as real as reality because we actually experience everything as a dream.

Our subconscious mind is programmed in the early years of our life. And we carry out this programming throughout the rest of our lives.

This means that in the first 7 years of our lives we take everything that is said to us - as well as the intention from which people interact with us - as "true" and "as the normal course of events.

 

This has a much bigger impact on our lives than you might think. For example, if your parents argued a lot those first few years of your life, you take arguing as how life normally goes.

 

You can think of the subconscious mind as a computer. Our subconscious is programmed in the early years of our lives. And we carry out this programming throughout the rest of our lives.

 

The hard drive we are born with is programmed with 'apps' that determine how we then feel, think and act for the rest of our lives. They determine how you look at the world and most importantly, they determine what you automatically do, what is "normal" for you.

 

If the first 7 years of your life are calm, pleasant and a bed for development, then it is easy for you to blossom.

 

However, if we are faced with a lot of fearful situations, negativity and trauma, then we are going to carry out those programings for the rest of our lives. You may then flourish in some areas of life, but you also suffer from negativity, get into difficult situations and don't really land in your life.

 

Unless you learn how to reprogram your hard drive - that is, the subconscious. And that's what Live The Connection is for.

 

We often don't believe that reprogramming is possible. We don't even think about it, because we don't realize that we are so conditioned those first seven years.

New opportunities

If you notice for yourself when you automatically do things you don't want to do, or when such difficult things happen in your life, and if you then experience with the tools of Live The Connection that you really can change this, then a world of possibilities opens up for you.

 

LTC is entirely focused on transforming your "stress-programmed subconscious" to a state of calm, safety, confidence and thriving.

 

Exactly how this works cannot be explained in one blog. That requires more time, thorough explanations and direct interaction.
