"I am extremely grateful to Marina, Tinne, Koen and all the staff. Since I discovered LTC I am a different person, I am just myself. I have no more ailments and can live again, be pleasant to my roommates, do a job without stress, negotiate, give and take, say no, set boundaries, ... and so much more. It seems impossible, but it really works.

I am now 5 months into the project, have done some of the workshops a second time and last week I really had a very big breakthrough. I learned as a child to be very invisible. In addition, I had an incredible resistance to being in front of a movie camera. A few days ago I gave a webinar in front of 42 people. Exciting, but it worked and soon there will be a second one.

I would like to compare myself to how I used to be, but actually I can't anymore. I don't remember how it used to feel....

It is absolutely true that the emotional blocks you dissolve actually disappear.

"During the exploratory interview with Marina, it suddenly showed itself clearly: in my life until now (64 years by now) I have put a lot of energy into "learning to cope...."

And I had become very good at that, an expert as it were.

At the same time, there has always been in me a knowing, an awareness of a self-healing ability. I have often been looking for that, I found it sporadically, mainly on a physical level. "For years I had been busy trying to free myself from all the traumas of my childhood that kept me from living the life I wanted. I was stuck in a very small corner in which I felt safe.

My relationships were problematic; I also had trouble with "ordinary" contact with people. I did work that didn't really interest me and kept my talents hidden.
