It is now twenty years since I was diagnosed with CFS after a lingering flu. I was forced to completely stop my counseling and healing work (both individual and group on an emotional, mental and spiritual level). Working was impossible. In the morning I was only able to empty the dishes and for the rest of the day my energy was completely depleted.
I tried many therapies, with varying degrees of success. Periods of improvement and severe relapse followed one another. A specialist said, "Live with it because it will never go away. I never believed this, because I knew deep inside me that one day it would get better and that the solution could not be found in something outside myself. This whole period I drew a lot of support from the ideas of the Course in Miracles. Mentally and emotionally I was doing well, physically I was making progress, but it was not stable. There were still days, weeks, sometimes months when I lay on the couch completely exhausted, waiting for it to pass.
Together with my daughter, I registered for the core module of Live The Connection in the spring of 2018. However, the days before, I did not know if I would be able to make it through the four days and said, "When it is important that I attend this training, give me the energy and strength. After the first day I was completely exhausted but satisfied, what happened in the following days seemed like a miracle. I had tremendous energy and felt radiant. When I got home I said, 'The TGV took off.'
Now that my energy is stable, I want to guide others through this process. I have noticed how important the role of the unconscious is in every aspect of our lives: health, relationships, studies, work, success, ... As long as a part of our unconscious says 'no' or puts the brakes on, we are stuck. Fortunately, this can now be efficiently addressed through the connection processes of Live the Connection, a super method that I love to integrate into my coaching sessions.
