In the book "De-stressing Yourself in Less Than Five Minutes," I read, "Live The Connection has brought me much relief and peace. The insight that I already had rationally about the situations I found myself in has now penetrated my feelings about them."

For me, this sums up well what working with Live The Connection does. Often you know, for example, that you don't have to be afraid or that it's okay to make mistakes. Or often you want to achieve something but can't manage to persevere on willpower alone. It's as if you can't bridge that gap between what you think and what you feel, or between what you want and what you do.

When I work with Live The Connection, the gap between how I think about something or someone and how I feel about it is closed. And that really makes a world of difference in my daily well-being. As soon as I notice that something unpleasant keeps playing in my mind, I know what to do and in no time I am back in my power.
