That there is a useful and anywhere-too-applicable way (ABC of de-stressing) to calm yourself down and as a result can make better decisions e/o actions.
+ opportunity to practice it with young children.
I find the resetting of beliefs and patterns a very valuable thing to break through the 'ballast' you sometimes experience. The power will also be in working with this - through the comments of others - as well.
It is liberating that in relationship with others - I no longer have to take the issues they themselves are struggling with - on me as a person. And to leave it mostly with them.
Relationships where there had been a lot of tension for years, I can finally give them a place or offer more space for positive development.
For a person with a pretty rational side (like me), there are themes or approaches covered that left me stunned at times but I am firmly convinced that positive reality will follow if I work on this intensively and will give me the desired results.
This Core Module first of all gave me insight into the workings of our brain and why my subconscious regularly 'runs me over'. The awareness of what is behind this but especially the knowledge of the tools to work on this and to evolve towards a 'life in balance' and a harmonious relationship with others, I experience as a great added value after this training. I am motivated - despite a busy schedule - to get to work and amazed to experience and feel the positive results.
