What can I help you with?
Stress is often an invisible force that affects your choices, health and relationships. With the workshop The ABC of De-stressing, you will learn how to release stress immediately rather than having to endure or manage it. This gives you a grip on your automatic reactions and opens up space for peace, balance and clarity.
I offer this workshop online, at my home in Monnickendam or in-company with your team. Whether it's work pressure, patterns around eating and drinking or tensions in relationships - you'll learn a practical method that you can continue to apply yourself.
My specialty is...
Working with work stress and the patterns beneath it, as well as themes around relationships, eating and drinking. For me, the ABC of de-stressing is more than a method: it is the way to realign thinking, feeling and acting. It increases your resilience, boosts your self-confidence and helps you make healthy choices.
In my workshops I create an open and safe space in which we quickly get to the core. Always with calmness, lightness and patience, so that change does not feel heavy, but rather natural and liberating.
About myself...
As a manager, wife and mother of three children, I know what it's like to always be "on" and passing yourself by. My search for more balance took me through systemic work, family and organizational constellations, Deep Democracy, Nature Coaching, Yoga, PSYCH-K® and Live The Connection®. The latter method gave me the clear and practical tools I was looking for.
I lovingly share that experience by teaching others how to release stress and make their lives lighter and freer.
