I came in contact with Live The Connection when I was recovering from burnout. Then "The ABC of de-stressing," in which I learned how to release my stress in a few minutes, was very welcome. I wanted to know more and also took the four-day Core Module, in which I learned how to de-stress much deeper, such as relationships and disturbing patterns. I also learned to transform the beliefs that hindered me from choosing for myself into supporting beliefs, so that I dared to take steps that would make me much happier, freer and stronger.

I still apply the processes of Live The Connection on a regular basis. Not only for myself, but since I retrained to become a Stress and Burnout Coach, these processes are the common thread in my own stress counseling. Just because I am an experience expert myself, I know better than anyone what impact this has on health and general well-being. So definitely recommended! Good luck 🙂
