Yes indeed. You don't have to be in the same physical space. After signing up, you will receive instructions to enroll your buddy, after which he/she will get their own access to the training and the Zoom link for the live sessions. So everyone can participate from the comfort of their own home.
The live sessions are every night, from Oct. 6 to 26, from 7:30 p.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m..
Of course, it is most powerful if you can be there live, but we understand that this is not always possible. That's why the most important sessions are recorded.
The 5 evening sessions led by Marina will be recorded anyway. These recordings will be available in the online environment.
Some of the remaining evenings, accompanied by the Connection Teachers, will also be recorded.

No, it's very approachable. All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with an Internet connection. The live sessions take place via Zoom, which is easy to use.
