During these eleven months, you will break through your past and clear trauma.

 

Each month you attend two days of training and a practice night each week where you work on your personal themes. If you need it, you will be taken care of.

What your parents did can cause shame well into old age. If they did not behave correctly, you may have been labeled as a child. Everyone did their best to "make it somewhat normal," but the social rejection may linger deep in your subconscious reactions. With everything you learn during Trajectory Breakthrough, you will get out from under this. Your parents' misbehavior doesn't have to keep weighing you down.

Medication affects chemical reactions in the body. It adds substances that make you feel less, or that trigger certain reactions in the body.

 

There are two major drawbacks to medication: it does not take into account the body's natural feedback mechanisms, and because it involves foreign substances, it adds physical stress. The natural feedback system makes it easy to become addicted to medication. Foreign substances must be disposed of; often they stress the body and mind.

 

During Pathway Breakthrough, you continuously remove stress (and underlying trauma) allowing the body's self-healing ability to resume its work on its own. By allowing the body to steer from love, deep well-being is created. And by helping and directing yourself, self-confidence arises.

It is quite possible that through pain your subconscious is alerting you to an inner conflict, something that is not okay in yourself or in relationship with others. Pain is a signal that something is not right. It can be physical, emotional, relational or social. Your body lets you know that you need to do something, that action is needed to move forward "in harmony.

 

A lot of stress symptoms end up causing pain or discomfort. Once these stress symptoms are acknowledged and the underlying trauma is removed, the pain can resolve on its own.

 

Although the pain is felt physically in some place, the cause need not be physical. By "decoding" the signals from your subconscious - which you learn during Pathway Breaking Through - you can find what the cause is and what you need to do to resolve the pain. You learn how to put your self-healing ability back to work on its own accord.

This is where self-sabotage comes into play. You learn to resolve that one. Self-sabotage occurs because you expect that the worst that has happened to you will happen again. This keeps your alarm system on. You put yourself under constant stress, so to speak. Because you cannot live with that, you inwardly give up on ever getting better. You refuse to hope anymore. And in so doing you are trapping yourself. During Trajectory Through Breaking you learn to solve these self-sabotages.

Most times when you need help, it is not there. Real help is a combination of a good method that you can apply yourself at any moment and expert support when you need it. During Trajectory Breaking Through you get all the tools you need to break through old pain and old patterns. You learn to de-stress, which is necessary to think and feel normal again. You also learn to reprogram your brain, so that you automatically start doing the things you want to do. Because of difficult situations in your youth, you have mainly developed conditioning to avoid difficult situations. This prevents you from doing what is right for you.

 

The situations we grow up in seem normal, but often there is a lot of tension stuck in them. With the tools you learn, not only will you get the tension out of your body and your relationships, you will also make sure that you naturally move in the right direction.

 

Specific to this track is that you resolve self-sabotage and undo the effects of boundary crossing on your life. Instead of carrying the scars of your family in a destructive way, you truly dissolve them. There comes peace and tranquility in your body, in your life.

All the problems a person can have have have already been discussed within my practice and during the workshops I teach in recent years. It may sound disrespectful to say, but you have already survived the worst. You're still here. Now it's a matter of cleaning up the consequences of what happened earlier in your life. Pathway Breaking Through was born from the experience and observation that insight and understanding, body therapy, energy work, regression therapy and EMDR may be insufficient to live a happy life. Therefore, I have brought together the best of what is used today to address severe problems. The result is a very powerful method that is simple, adds no pain, and is quick to implement yourself.
